APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO SUPERINTENDENT'S EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
Description
This change to the severance pay provision in the Superintendent's contract is required by an amendment to Section 215.425, Florida Statutes, placing limits on the payment of severance pay.
Recommendation
That the amendment to the Superintendent's employment contract be approved as presented.
